bilik 1201 pam tandas tidak berfungsi..no good minta pihak hotel pastikan bilik di servis dengan baik sebelum di beri kepada pengunjung.nak buang air besar pun tak selesa.kalau orang lain dah lama bising…sorry banyak menegur.

The cleanliness part might be affected by the old design sofa and bathtub, it’s not all white and you can seen there is some cracks as well. Overall stay still comfortable if you would love to have nature view and personal space at faRer place than city.

Very nice and quiet place but everything was very run down.

Bilik - kebanyakkan kemudahan dan perabot dlm bilik agak lama dan usang. Diharap pihak pengurusan hotel mengambil berat setiap komen dan cadangan tetamu yg berkunjung serta menaik taraf bilik sesuai dengan harga. Sinki yg berlumut, tile yg tercabut, pintu shower yg hampir jatuh dan mcm2 lagi.. Keadaan katil juga harus dititik berat... X seperti mula2 dahulu, katil sgt empuk sehingga tetamu dpt tidur dengan nyenyak sekali. Skrg...tilam ada yg mendap ke bawah... Dan sebelum nie pernah dpt bilik yg cadarnya koyak sana sini. Mujur kali nie dtg, cadar xde yg koyak.. Persekitaran - suasana yg cantik dan sejuk mata memandang... Hijau rumput dan sungai yg tenang... Namun, keadaan disekeliling bilik tidak begitu baik. Minta tambah lampu di sepjg laluan kaki tetamu serta lampu di tangga naik ke bilik.. Gelap sehinggakan tersadung dan hampir jatuh. Dari tingkat atas nampak Persekitaran di tingkat bwh yg tidak diselenggara... Terdapat tinggalan baju dan juga pakaian dalam yg mungkin jatuh dari tingkat atas tetapi tidak di ambil. Sayang sekali kerana permandangan itu agak mencacatkan suasana... Sedang kan suasana yg lain, cantik sekali. In Shaa Allah, sekiranya pihak pengurusan berusaha menjaga dan membaikpulih serta menaiktaraf kembali resort ini, ianya akan menjadi tarikan semula di terengganu dan mungkin menjadi salah satu hotel terbaik di terengganu...

Comfortable stay. The buggy drivers could’ve been more friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers are very friendly (they better suited to be at the counter/buggy as the social skills are better) We need to follow the buggy to our hotel by car. The first buggy driver we need to follow — he’s okay but as he need to usher another family, he passed it to another buggy driver in the middle of the journey. But no 2 ways communication I guess, we didn’t even know that we should follow another buggy until we missed a junction and noticed this second driver only then was signalling us to follow him. And once we arrive at the place which is not a single unit (got multiple units at one area) he quickly tries to leave. I need to call him back before he was away to reconfirm which one is the building we are staying in. He looked annoyed when I asked, but he didn’t even explain properly… I should be the one who is annoyed tbh. The hotel is okay. It would be better if the staff are a little bit more accommodating and brush up on their social skills. It will significantly improve the staying experience.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions".

View cantik. Breakfast ok, sedap. Cuma kebersihan bilik kurang memuaskan. Akan datang lagi sebab harga berpatutan dan tempat yang cantik.

以星級飯店水準而言，幾點應該改善。 1.雙人房間有點老舊，蓮蓬頭繡蝕、澡盆有顏色，整個房間一股黴味。 2.櫃檯服務真的一般般，沒有以顧客角度來回應需求。 3.房間內只提供兩瓶小礦泉水，在要就要自費買，不知是水貴還是常有貪小便宜顧客關係。 飯店早餐還算豐富，服務也很友善熱心；整體而言設施應該有些要好好改善，人員素質也該提升些。

will always come again

The hotel is quite rundown but what’s available is still good. Extremely spacious rooms. Well equipped gym and nice pool area. Spotting wild animals are also a plus 👍
